For candidates

What to expect from us

A career move is a decision with consequences. Our part is to describe the role accurately, protect your information, and be straightforward about what we do and do not know.

You will hear the brief as it was given

Reporting line, team shape, assessment stages and compensation position are described as the employer confirmed them. Where something is unconfirmed, we say so.

Your details move only with your agreement

We do not send a CV to an employer speculatively, and we do not circulate your profile to build a mailing list.

No role is oversold

If a brief is a sideways move, or the process is likely to be long, you will be told before you commit time to it.

Registering is not a promise

Submitting a CV does not guarantee a role, an interview or a response. We will not imply otherwise.

How the process runs

  1. 01

    Register

A short submission: discipline, seniority, location and the kind of move you would consider.

  2. 02

    Conversation

If your background matches a live or anticipated brief, a consultant makes contact directly.

  3. 03

    Briefing

You receive the written role context before any details are shared with an employer.

  4. 04

    Process

Interview stages, feedback and timing are relayed as they are agreed, including delays.

  5. 05

    Decision

Offer terms, notice and counter-offer risk discussed plainly, whichever way you decide.
